Adjacent to the PACE Center, behind Ruth Memorial Chapel, The Schoolhouse is a historic building in Parker’s Old Town Creative District that offers unique gathering spaces from its classic small theater, to intimate meeting rooms, to larger event rooms.
Originally opened in 1915 and operated as a school until 1967, The Schoolhouse on Mainstreet was acquired in 1995 by the Town of Parker to use as a community center for cultural and recreational activities.

The Schoolhouse Theater is a classic small theater with arena thrust seating for 200 and standard theatrical lighting and sound systems, ideal for community theater and children’s performances, recitals, concerts, large classes, workshops, and speaking events.
Dressing Rooms
Capacity: 10 maximum per dressing room
Located along the backstage hallway with direct and easy access to the stage, The Schoolhouse offers two cast Dressing Rooms that can each accommodate up to ten individuals at a time.
Meeting Rooms
Seating Capacity: 30 maximum
With seating for up to 30 each, Schoolhouse Meeting Rooms are ideal for smaller workshops, meetings, seminars, and a wide variety of classes. All rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art projection, sound, and building-wide Wi-Fi.
