Cheese is not just for pizza. The great variety of available cheeses allows us to use them in so many applications from savory to sweet. Join us in this hands-on class as we learn about cheese, best uses for different types of cheeses and make some delectable cheese-based dishes. This class will open for registration one month prior to the start date.
