Adult Ballet Basics
This class is designed for dancers at the beginner to intermediate level, focusing on building a solid foundation while also introducing more complex techniques. We teach ballet terminology, proper alignment and body placement while working to strengthen posture, balance and flexibility. Starting at the ballet barre, dancers will practice a range of exercises that improve coordination and muscle memory. As the class progresses, we move to center work and across-the-floor combinations that challenge strength, control and flow. Whether you’re just starting your ballet journey or looking to refine your technique, this class offers a supportive environment to grow and develop at your own pace. Dancers with previous dance experience may want to try Intermediate/Advanced Adult Ballet.
