Weather Hotline: 303.805.3289What is your policy for weather closures/inclement weather?
When there is inclement weather, cancellation of classes/camps will be determined by 8:00 a.m. Closures will be posted on the Parker Arts website and the Parker Arts Weather Hotline at 303.805.3289. If permissible, make-up sessions will be scheduled for classes. Camps are not permissible for makeup days. Refunds will not be issued for partial or full class cancellations due to weather closures.
Parker Arts follows inclement weather closure procedures of Douglas County Schools. If schools are closed, Parker Arts enrichment for all ages are closed for that day (morning, afternoon and evening classes are cancelled). There are no delayed-starts for Parker Arts classes or school shows. If school is not in session (i.e. school break), cancellation of classes/camps will be determined by the Education Manager by 8:00 a.m.

What is your activity refund policy?
If a class is canceled due to insufficient registration, you will be notified seven days prior to the class and will receive a full refund, credit or transfer to another class.
Patron cancelation and transfer requests for classes must be made seven days prior to the scheduled start of the activity. There is a $5 processing fee for classes and $10 processing fee for camps.
How do I provide emergency contact information for my child enrolled in camp?
Emergency and medical information is requested for camps only during the online registration process. If you register over the phone, please provide this information to your registration specialist.
Who provides Parker Arts classes and camps?
Classes and camps are run by a combination of Town of Parker staff and contractors. Curriculum and communication is provided by staff or the contractor.
How are age determinations made and managed for camps?
Each participant must be the correct age by the first day the class starts. Ages qualifications are set by the Town of Parker teaching staff or contractor for the following reasons: curriculum content and difficulty, dexterity and coordination, student age dynamics, and instructor student ratio.
My child is enrolled in both morning and afternoon camps. Is supervision offered during lunch, in between classes?
By registering for corresponding weekly summer camps in the morning and afternoon, campers may attend a free supervised lunch with Parker Arts education staff. Please call 303-805-3374 or email paceedu@parkeronline.org to reserve your child a spot in Lunch Bunch for any summer week(s) that they are enrolled in both a Parker Arts morning camp and a Parker Arts afternoon camp.
Students attending a full-day camp must bring a peanut-free lunch, snacks, and water bottle. Students attending a half-day camp must bring a peanut-free snack and water bottle.
Does Parker Arts provide a Parents Handbook?
Parents may access the Parker Arts Parent Handbook for questions regarding daily and emergency procedures, registrations, and staff contact information.
Where can I park to drop off and pick up my child(ren)?
Pikes Peak Avenue in front of PACE Center is a through street and is a no parking zone. Parking of any kind is prohibited. Guardians must park in the parking lot and walk their child(ren) across the street to the building. Access to classes is through the PACE Center lobby and interior hallway. Access to camps is through exterior doors to the PACE Center. Please ask a Parker Arts Staff member for directions to your weekly camps.
Does Parker Arts have a lost and found?
Parker Arts has a lost and found. Items are stored in the patron lounge for approximately 30 days prior to being donated to a local charity. Valuable lost items are stored in a safe. For lost items, please contact Patron Services at 303-805-8600.
