Adult Ballet Intermediate
This class is ideal for adult dancers who have a foundational understanding of ballet and are ready to refine their technique and artistry. Building on essential skills, we focus on developing greater strength, precision, and musicality while continuing to improve posture, alignment, and flexibility. Each class begins at the barre with a series of progressively challenging exercises designed to enhance coordination, balance, and stability. Across-the-floor combinations encourage expressive movement and confidence in traveling steps and directional changes. This class provides a supportive yet challenging environment for dancers looking to deepen their technique and artistry. Dancers who are comfortable with more complex combinations and faster pacing may wish to explore the Adult Ballet Intermediate/Advanced class.
Level of Instruction: Beginner – Intermediate
Supplies Needed: Clothing easily moved in and ballet shoes.
