The Schoolhouse & Plaza

Old meets new. While the original integrity of the historic Schoolhouse was preserved, the space was updated with contemporary touches. Combining traditional wood and bricks with modern industrial style gives the Schoolhouse an eclectic look and feel, creating a one of a kind wedding venue in Parker's Downtown.   • Does The PACE Center have dressing rooms?

    We have a bridal suite for the bridal party. We also have classrooms available for the groom and groomsmen for an additional cost.

  • Can we bring in our own liquor?

    No. The PACE Center holds the liquor license and we will provide the liquor. Pricing is listed under Beverage Packages.

  • What kind of staff is on site during a wedding?

    We have a rental coordinator, a porter, and a front desk employee to assist with set up and any day-of questions.

  • Does The PACE Center provide linens?

    All linens go through the caterer, unless provided by another party.

  • Do we have to use one of your caterers?

    Yes – we have done the research for you and have identified a list of 9 Required Caterers, from the top caterers in the region.

  • Do we have to use the caterer for our wedding cake?

    No, you can use any bakery for your cake.

  • Do you have on-site parking available?

    We have 250 parking spots on property as well on-street parking near the venue.
