Adult culinary classes will open for registration four weeks in advance of the class. 

Vietnamese Cuisine

Ages: 16+
Vietnamese food is becoming more and more popular. Finding a restaurant that specializes in this cuisine is not as easy as with other Asian cuisines. So, why not learn to make it yourself? In this hands-on class, you will learn about the ingredients and the cooking techniques that will help you make authentic Vietnamese food. Besides some of the well-known foods such as Pho and Rice Paper Rolls, you will also learn how to make other very flavorful and healthy Vietnamese dishes. Join us for an intimate lesson on making and dining on this up-and-coming cuisine.

Amazing Appetizers

Ages: 16+
Appetizers are an amazing type of food. It might be a soup or salad that you serve prior to a meal. It could be little snacks that you offer as people watch the game. You might throw an all-appetizer party for a special event. They can be cold or hot. They can be finger-food or plated. Join us for this intimate, hands-on, satiating class as we learn how to make a variety of appetizers that you are sure to want in your repertoire of go-to recipes.

A Vegetarian Thanksgiving

Ages: 16+
Many of us have friends and family who are vegetarian. We might be one ourselves. We are probably used to making a dish or two that the vegetarian can enjoy. This year, why not throw an all vegetarian Thanksgiving that everyone will enjoy? Join us for this intimate, hands-on class as we look at ingredients and techniques to make an all-vegetarian meal that you can use to supplement or replace your traditional Thanksgiving dishes and end the class with an innovative feast!

An Italian Christmas

Join us in this intimate, hands-on class as we learn, cook and then sample some of the classic Italian holiday dishes to help you host an extra-special holiday meal this year.

Spooky Halloween Treats

Ages: 7-14
Have fun making these frightful snacks: Bred Bones with pizza sauce, Zombie Avocado Toast, Skeleton Snack Tray, and Mummy Cookies. Students will leave with delicious recipes to take home to their family.

Fun Cooking with Pumpkins

Ages: 7-14
Enjoy this time together cooking everything with Pumpkins: Pumpkin Enchiladas, Pumpkin French Toast, Creamy Pumpkin Dip with Apples and Pumpkin Pie Smoothie. All student will leave with practical recipes to take home to their family.

Kids Holiday Cookies

Ages: 7-14
Celebrate your holidays by baking several cookies: learn how to measure ingredients and become a great baker. Students will prepare and enjoy Chocolate Crinkles, Snowballs, Stained Glass Cookies, and Brownie Christmas Trees. All student will leave with practical recipes to take home to their family.
