Member Event: The Art of Polynesian Dance

Polynesian cultures often use chants, songs and dances to memorialize and celebrate events that hold special meaning. In this class, Kalama Polynesian Dancers will be teaching some of this region’s graceful, ritualized movements. Attendees will learn fundamental footwork through Hula and Tahitian dance combinations. All dance levels are welcome to attend (modifications will be available).
