Preteen Hip Hop
Our Preteen Hip-Hop class is all about unleashing energy and expressing creativity through movement. This class provides a fun and dynamic opportunity for preteens to connect with the music and the vibrant world of dance culture. Through popping, locking, and breakdancing, students will learn foundational street dance moves while building strength, coordination, and confidence. As they feel the floor beneath them, they’ll develop their own unique style and rhythm in a supportive and energetic environment, all while having a blast dancing to the beat!
A $40 costume rental fee is required to participate in the end of semester performance and is paid to The Dance Connection the first week of class. Rented costumes must be returned after the performance to avoid additional fees.
Level of Instruction: Beginning to Intermediate
Equipment Needed: Clothing easily move in, and dedicated studio tennis shoes are encouraged.
