Note: Parker Arts offers performances at both The Schoolhouse Theater on Mainstreet and PACE Center. Please check the show’s web page for the exact location before attending.
The PACE Center is located at 20000 Pikes Peak Avenue, Parker, CO, 80138.
The Schoolhouse is located at 19650 E. Mainstreet, Parker, CO 80138.
The PACE Center parking lot is located on the north side of the Center off Mainstreet and Pikes Peak Avenue and is also accessible from Pine Drive.
The Schoolhouse parking lot is located on the south side of The Schoolhouse and is accessible from Pikes Peak Avenue, and there is also additional parking in front of The Schoolhouse on Mainstreet.
Parking at the PACE Center and The Schoolhouse is always free but may be full due to other events downtown. Please see our DOWNTOWN PARKING MAP for more free public parking options.
Accessible parking spaces are located at both facilities, and are available on a first-come, first-serve basis for patrons with valid accessible tags.

Parker Arts offers a diverse selection of arts entertainment. Not all productions may appeal to or be appropriate for every person or for all ages. Patrons are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the shows we offer in order to make informed decisions prior to purchasing tickets.
Ticket Purchase Policy
Tickets may be purchased online at parkerarts.org 24/7. Tickets may also be purchased by phone or in-person during Box Office hours at 303-805-6800. Each person, regardless of age, must have a ticket to be admitted, including infants and lap sitters.
Credit/ debit cards (Visa and MasterCard) are accepted at the Box Office. Parker Arts concessions sales are cashless.
The PACE Center Box Office, its phone center, and the Parker Arts website are the ONLY authorized official ticket providers of Parker Arts ticketed events. If you have questions, please contact our Box Office. Tickets are only valid for the event date and time listed on the ticket.
Methods of Delivery

Children Policy
Everyone attending regardless of age must have a ticket to be admitted. Due to fire code and safety requirements, every child MUST have a ticket without exception, including infants and lap sitters. Strollers and car seats are not allowed in the theater. Parents may be asked to remove their child/children if they are causing disruptions or are unable to sit quietly.
Group Sales
Discounted ticket prices are available for parties of 10 or more to select events based on availability and the number of seats needed. Full payment is due 30 days prior to the performance date. Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final and nonrefundable. There will be no refunds of tickets for reasons including but not limited to a missed event, seat location, or quality of the event.
If a ticketed event is canceled and rescheduled, patrons will receive the new event information through the email address provided at the point of sale. If a ticketed event is canceled in its entirety and not rescheduled, refunds will be given, or other accommodation will be made.

Cell Phone & Personal Electronic Device Policy
Cellular phones and other devices can cause distractions to performers and other patrons. Please silence all devices while inside the performance venues.
Late Seating Policy
Every effort is made to start performances at the announced start time unless there is an unavoidable delay. In consideration of our patrons and performers, anyone arriving while a performance is in progress will be seated only at times designated by the artist and their management.
Lost Items
Parker Arts is not responsible for lost or stolen items at our facilities. If you have an inquiry about an item, please call the Box Office at 303-805-6800.

Smoking
Smoking is permitted on the West Terrace of the PACE Center across from the theater doors. Please note that the terrace may be privately rented and not accessible during performances.

No outside food or beverages allowed. Items purchased at Concessions may be enjoyed inside the theater. Intermission pre-orders are available on site when you arrive for the show. Intermission pre-orders may not be available for all events.
Please note that Concessions at the PACE Center and Schoolhouse are both cashless and accept major credit cards (Visa and Mastercard) and debit cards. The cashless model allows us to operate more efficiently and effectively, allowing our team to focus more on the guest and their experience.

Assisted Listening Devices
Hearing assistance devices (equipped with both earpiece and T-coil technology) and ASL interpreter services are available upon request. Please contact our Box Office for more information.
Sensory-Friendly Items
Sensory-Friendly items are available for check-out at performances for our patrons with sensory sensitivities on a first-come, first-serve basis at the lobby Box Office.
Access and Parking
Parker Arts has accessible routes to/from both the PACE Center main parking lot and The Schoolhouse lot. Accessible parking spaces are available at each location on a first-come, first-serve basis for patrons with valid accessible tags.
Service Animals
While animals are not permitted in Town buildings or facilities, service animals are welcome.
Service Animal: A dog trained to provide assistance to an individual with a disability, including a physical, sensory, psychiatric, intellectual, or other mental disability.
