Level 3B Ballet

This class offers advanced students the opportunity to deepen their ballet technique. Dancers in this class have a solid technical foundation and are prepared to execute proper placement and alignment with greater precision and ease. As they continue to expand their repertoire, students will focus on the quality of movement, breath control, and expression, refining both their technical execution and artistry. A typical class includes barre exercises, center work, and across-the-floor combinations, all designed to challenge and elevate their technique. For dancers ready to take their training to the next level, this class is an exciting opportunity to grow as both athletes and artists. Dancers may take this class in slippers or pointe shoes depending upon their experience.

A $40 costume rental fee is required to participate in the end of semester performance and is paid to The Dance Connection the first week of class. Rented costumes must be returned after the performance to avoid additional fees. Students interested in expanding their abilities and talents are encouraged to simultaneously enroll in other Level 3 or 4 classes, Teen Modern, and Teen Hip Hop classes.
