Rental Rate: $500 for 2 hours, $100.00/hr after that, $75.00/hr when rented with Event Room

Rental Rate: $120 per hour Non-profit: $60 per hour
PACE Creative Studio East / Creative Studio West
Rental Rate: $60 per hour per studio Non-profit: $40 per hour per studio
PACE Discovery Lab East / Discovery Lab West
Rental Rate: $60 per hour per lab, $120 per hour for two labs Non-profit: $40 per hour per lab, $80 per hour for two labs
PACE Conference Room
Rental Rate: $60 per hour / Non-profit: $40 per hour
Schoolhouse Meeting Spaces
Schoolhouse Event Room
Rental Rate: $120.00/HR
Schoolhouse Meeting Room or Artist Studio
Rental Rate: $40 per hour Non-profit: $30 per hour
PACE Saturday Package: Event Room, Art Gallery and West Terrace
Rental Rate:
- $4,000 October 1st to April 30 3 p.m. to midnight
- $4,300 May 1st to September 30 3 p.m. to midnight
Schoolhouse Saturday Package: Chapel, Event Room and Flex Room
Rental Rate: $2,500 3 p.m. to midnight
PLEASE NOTE:
- Catered food and beverage must be purchased from PACE Partner Vendors, will require a security deposit.
- Holiday weekends may require higher rates than indicated above. Please contact PACE for quotes.
