With a recent explosion in popularity, this class offers participants an interactive opportunity to explore the history and cultural significance of the traditional Japanese drink, sake.

In addition to learning about the brewing process and varietals, attendees will sample different types of sake to study the aroma, flavor and texture of this rice wine and even learn the proper way to sip this distinctive beverage like a true connoisseur! Samples of sushi will be available to pair with the sake.
