ART EXHIBIT: Allegories of Transformation: Highlighting Indigenous Artists

A long-awaited show, Parker Arts is proud to present this collection of contemporary works by accomplished Native American artists who speak to the issues of the day through the use of modern techniques as well as traditional materials reimagined, humor, empathy, familial ties, history and more.

The use of narrative in [our] work
acts as a continuation of the
Native American storytelling tradition.
Ancestral tribal stories and sayings
explained the world in which we lived.
New and emerging stories serve as
allegories of transformation
in an ever-changing world.
