Pies and Tarts
Fall brings thoughts of baking and nothing brings smiles more than a beautiful and yummy pie or tart. In this hands-on class, you will learn how to make a delicious & flaky pie crust with simple and natural ingredients and turn that crust into wonderful pies and tarts. Keep some of these crusts in the freezer and you will never have to use a store-bought crust again!
Level: All levels
Skills Learned: Meal planning and culinary skills including: how to read a recipe, measuring, mixing and cooking methods.
Supplies Needed: Close toed shoes and hair pulled back.
