Adult Dance Movement Workshop

Have you danced in years past, still craving the satisfaction and joy dance brings? This class is designed for those with previous dance experience or a new adventurous spirit that is willing to learn and wants to experience dance as an adult. We will warm our bodies in center, move across the floor and enjoy center combinations. Movement and choreography is traditional, contemporary and modern in style. The goal is to leave class feeling rejuvenated and inspired.
