Enter the world of prosthetic application, painting, and injury makeup. Campers will work with various types of makeup materials, learning to perform different effects. Skills learned by the end of the week will consist of creating wounds, (bullet holes, knife wounds, bruises), bald cap application, how to apply crepe hair, and finally, how to paint and apply prosthetics. Supplies required by student: a prosthetic application of your choice, a bald cap, prosthetic adhesive, nose and scar wax, and a bruise and blisters paint wheel. Prosthetic materials and bald caps can be purchased online at mostlydead.com, or locally at Reinke Brothers prop store in Littleton. Additional supplies will be provided by instructor.
