Rent the PACE Center Art Gallery

Overview

The PACE Center is now reviewing gallery rental proposals for inclusion in the yearly exhibition schedule. We are interested in exhibition concepts that are innovative, theme-oriented, and feature multiple artists. The PACE Center is a family-friendly venue; exhibitions must be appropriate for a location that caters to audiences that range from children to senior citizens.

Rentals are available for six weeks at a time and must fit into the current program schedule for the gallery. Proposals will be reviewed by the curator for the PACE Center and must include information about the organization or group, past exhibitions, artwork content and quality, dates requested, and relevance of the exhibition’s goals to the PACE Center and our community in Parker. If your artwork is selected, you will be required to complete a Gallery Rental Agreement.

Exhibitions are open to the public during the PACE Center Box Office scheduled hours, Monday – Friday, 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and 90 minutes prior to theater performances on the PACE Mainstage. A portion of the gallery may be closed to the public for private rental events and food and beverage items may be served in that space.

Available Equipment

Arakawa cables and hooks for up to 80 two-dimensional pieces.

Insurance

Renter assumes full responsibility of all artwork and must provide Commercial General Liability insurance of $1,000,000/$2,000,000 as well as worker’s compensation insurance $500k/$500k/$500k if you have employees. This insurance must be endorsed to include the Town of Parker as an additional insured. Insurance must be in place for the duration of the exhibition from artwork delivery through pick up. The PACE Center does not have available storage: if any loss, damage, or destruction occurs after the designated take-down date, the PACE Center will not be responsible.

Marketing and Advertising

The PACE Center will promote the exhibit on the ParkerArts.org Art Gallery website and in the weekly email blast that is sent out to Parker Arts patrons. It is the responsibility of the Renter to promote, advertise, and distribute exhibition marketing collateral and reception invitations outside of the above support. Artists may leave business cards, biographies, and other information in the PACE lobby in a manner approved by PACE staff.
