Travel and Volunteer – Cultural Experiences
Ever wanted to experience life in a foreign country as a ‘participant’ rather than just a ‘tourist’?
There are many opportunities to travel and volunteer overseas…for all ages, budgets, and interests. Time frames range from one week to months. We’ll discuss all aspects of ‘volunteer travel’ from requirements to additional opportunities like free language classes. Bring your questions. Travel through the German-speaking countries of Europe and enjoy the Alps, the rivers, the castles, the chocolate, and the people! We’ll cover north to south, east to west… travel requirements, methods of travel, best times to visit, costs, and many of the wonderful sights (too numerous to list here!). Whether you have a trip planned or are just dreaming…come get your questions answered and start planning your trip!

Destination - Guatemala
Guatemala is a wonderful destination with fewer tourists than many other parts of Central America. From beaches on both the Caribbean and Pacific to the volcanos and mountain lakes of the highlands, Guatemala boasts a great variety of sights. Still an inexpensive destination, Guatemala is great for adventurers, history buffs (Mayan culture), beach bunnies, Spanish language learners, and outdoor enthusiasts. Come learn about the options, sights, costs, and adventures!!!
